A free first chess lesson for your child, one-to-one
WhiteKnight Academy teaches chess to children aged 6 to 17, live online. The first lesson is free and one-to-one with a FIDE Master or Grandmaster, so the coach can see your child’s level. After it, your child joins weekly live lessons in a small group of up to five children, matched by age and level.
How it works
- Choose your child’s age to see the free lesson times.
- Pick a time and create your parent account.
- Add a card. Nothing is charged for the free lesson.
Questions parents ask
Is the first lesson really free? Yes. The first lesson costs nothing. After it, weekly group lessons continue at the regular monthly price shown on the page; cancel online before the first charge and you pay nothing.
Why is a card needed? It holds your place and starts the weekly lessons after the free one, unless you cancel first.
Who teaches? FIDE Masters and Grandmasters, in English. Ukrainian-speaking coaches teach the Ukrainian groups (this page in Ukrainian).
Where do lessons happen? Online, live over video, with a shared chess board. Puzzle homework between lessons and a parent dashboard with progress.
